Operations Manager.

Suadiye, Istanbul Hybrid Full-time NEW

What this person does

Runs day-to-day operations alongside the founding team. Connects the wires between product, marketing, customer success, and finance. Designs the processes that don't exist yet — and ends up being the person who runs them.

  • Weekly resource planning, sprint tracking, performance metrics
  • Customer success process design (onboarding, feedback collection, churn analysis)
  • Marketing and content calendars, social media publishing rhythm
  • Vendor and service provider relationships
  • Billing and reporting; accounting coordination
  • Hiring process definition and follow-up

The profile we're looking for

  • 5+ years in operations, project management, or similar
  • Worked in small teams (under 10) without drowning in bureaucracy
  • AI tools integrated into your daily work — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor
  • Communicates in Turkish and English — written and spoken
  • Lives on Istanbul's Anatolian side or can be there a few days a week
  • Detail-obsessed but sees the big picture too
  • Will say "this process doesn't work" and then follow with "here's a better way"

The profile we're NOT looking for

  • People who say "that's not my job"
  • People who can't make a call without asking permission
  • People who see AI as "a robot taking my job"
  • People who execute processes but don't design them
  • People who want 30-person processes in a 5-person team

On AI

Here AI is not a marketing slogan — it's a daily working tool. Correspondence, planning, research, documentation, all happens through Claude or ChatGPT. People who learn a new topic by asking AI, read its output critically, and know where it breaks will catch up to us fastest.

On top of that: AI is at the heart of the product itself. We run lots of cycles trying out AI improvements, measuring them, feeding results back to the team — and you'll be on the operational side of those cycles.
