Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: May 12, 2026 Last updated: May 12, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of the Nexus Dijital Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation can result in suspension or termination of your Account under Section 13 of the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to create, store, transmit, schedule, or publish content that:
- Is illegal in any jurisdiction where it is delivered or where you operate.
- Infringes intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted works, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets you don't have rights to.
- Violates privacy — exposes personally identifiable information of others without consent.
- Is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous — false statements of fact about identifiable persons or entities.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Constitutes hate speech — content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristic.
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors — under any circumstances. Sexualized content involving minors is reported to authorities as required by law.
- Constitutes harassment, bullying, or threats.
- Is fraudulent or deceptive — false claims about products/services, fake reviews, deceptive pricing, phishing, scams.
- Misleads about identity — impersonating real people or organizations without authorization.
- Spreads misinformation about elections, public health emergencies, or other matters where misinformation causes documented public harm.
- Violates platform terms of any social network you publish to.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Attempt to break security: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written consent; bypass authentication or authorization; access another tenant's data.
- Circumvent rate limits, credit accounting, model caps, or other technical restrictions.
- Reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by mandatory law.
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service except through the documented API.
- Use the Service to power a competing product in the same field (multi-tenant AI social media management).
- Resell or sublicense Service access without our written consent.
- Submit automated requests at a rate exceeding our published API limits.
- Upload malware, ransomware, exploit code, or content designed to harm systems or users.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages through the platform's notification or publishing features (spam).
- Use the Service for political campaigning in jurisdictions or to platforms that prohibit it under their terms.
- Operate the Service on behalf of sanctioned persons or entities in violation of applicable economic sanctions.
3. AI-specific prohibitions
You must not use AI generation features to create content that:
- Deepfakes or impersonates real people in a way intended to deceive.
- Generates voices, images, or videos of identifiable real people without consent (especially private individuals, including former public figures who haven't consented).
- Generates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate ban and reporting to authorities.
- Generates content that incites violence or provides instructions for creating weapons, illegal drugs, or biological hazards.
- Generates content that could deceive in financial markets (manipulated market analysis, fake earnings reports).
- Bypasses safety filters through prompt-injection techniques or repeated rephrasing.
- Generates content that infringes copyright by reproducing substantial portions of identifiable copyrighted works.
4. Social platform compliance
When you publish through Nexus Dijital, you are also bound by the terms of the receiving platform:
- Facebook / Instagram (Meta Platforms): https://www.facebook.com/terms.php, https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870
- LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement
- Telegram: https://telegram.org/tos
Material violations of those terms by content you publish are violations of this AUP. Repeated violations may result in suspension of your Account on Nexus Dijital, in addition to any action taken by the platform.
5. Resource use
We provide weekly credit allowances and rate limits sized for normal commercial use. We may rate-limit, throttle, or suspend Accounts whose usage patterns:
- Exceed reasonable commercial use (e.g., automated bulk generation of orders-of-magnitude beyond plan averages)
- Cause performance degradation for other customers
- Indicate scraping, abuse, or attack
We will attempt to contact you before suspension where practical.
6. Account integrity
- No shared accounts. Each individual using the Service needs their own Account. Team members go in your Workspace as Members.
- No credential sharing. Sharing passwords or session tokens is a violation.
- No automated account creation without our consent.
7. Reporting violations
If you believe content or behavior on the Service violates this AUP:
- Email:
[email protected] - In-app: use the "Report" function on any flagged content
- For CSAM specifically: also report to NCMEC (https://report.cybertip.org) and Türkiye İhbar Web (https://www.guvenlinet.org.tr) — we will too.
We investigate reports within 24 hours for severity-1 categories (CSAM, immediate threats), 72 hours for others.
8. Enforcement
Our enforcement actions, depending on severity and pattern:
- Warning — for first-time minor violations
- Content removal — we delete violating content from our systems
- Suspension — temporary account suspension while we investigate
- Termination — permanent account closure
- Legal action — for serious or repeated violations
- Reporting to authorities — for unlawful content (CSAM, fraud, threats)
For severe violations (CSAM, terrorism, immediate threats), we skip the warning and terminate immediately.
9. Appeal
If your Account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] within 30 days. We will review and respond within 14 days.
10. Updates
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
